Compas DR Test - Production will proceed on 22nd November 2025.
Crew Travel or Archivix CDN systems have been removed from scope. These are due for testing in Q1 2026.
All Compas systems will be unavailable from 7am UTC.
Primary recovery process will be tested, with expected start time of test of around 8.30am UTC.
Primary Recovery is based on zone redundancy, with data replicated to another zone within the Azure region in realtime.
A full snapshot of all systems will be performed prior to the test to ensure continuity of data should the primary test fail and secondary recovery be required.
Secondary Recovery is based on regional redundancy, with data restored from 4 hourly backups. This has been tested successfully in Staging environments on 30th October 2025.
While this test is scheduled for 8 hours, we anticipate completion by around 12 noon UTC. The extended maintenance window is to allow for secondary recovery if required as well as post recovery testing and validation.
If secondary recovery is required, it will be notified through this status page.
Data loss may occur if customers attempt to use the system during the post-recovery phase before official completion of the test is announced.
Test results will be announced and made available by the support team before end of 2025. Please do not request the results prior to official release.
Target RPO: 4 Hours.
Target RTO: 12 Hours.
